Why NUJAC Exists
I’m Cody Dugas, a South Louisiana food manufacturing professional and the founder of NUJAC. My experience spans restaurants, production, product development, operations, co-packing, and the technology and business systems that hold it all together. I have seen what it takes to turn an idea into a repeatable process, and how quickly talented founders can get stuck when the path is unclear.
